This Cookie Policy and Clarification Text has been prepared by INNERLIB YAZILIM ARAŞTIRMA DANIŞMANLIK SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (Company), which has the title of data controller within the scope of Article 10 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”) and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Clarify, regarding the cookie information provided by the Company through the website with the extension https://innerlib.com.
a) What is a Cookie (“Cookie”)?
Cookies; When a website is visited, some information about the users is saved by the website to the users' terminal devices (other devices such as computers, smartphones or tablets) via browsers and are low-sized rich text format formats, usually consisting of letters and numbers. Cookies do not contain personal data about visitors such as name, gender or address.

These cookies are processed based on the legal reasons of “performance of the contract” and “legitimate interest” by obtaining your explicit consent within the scope of Article 5/1, 5/2 (c) and (f) of KVKK.
Cookies for advertising, targeting or personalization purposes are not used on our platform.

g) Rights of the Personal Data Owner under Art. 11 of the LPPD
As personal data owners, if you submit your requests regarding your rights to the Company by filling out the Information Request Form (it is possible to access the relevant form at https://innerlib.com) and by sending an e-mail to [email protected] by using the e-mail address registered in our systems in accordance with the “Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller” and by sending directly to the address of “Kuriş Tower, No:2, Interior Door No:31, Cevizli D-100 South Side Road, Cevizli, Kartal, Istanbul,Turkey”, the request will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on its nature. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board will be charged by the Company.
In this context, personal data owners;
- Learn whether personal data is being processed,
- Request information if their personal data has been processed,
- To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used for their intended purpose,
- To know the third parties to whom personal data are transferred domestically or abroad,
- To request correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing and to request notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom personal data is transferred,
- Although it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6698 and other relevant laws, to request the deletion or destruction of personal data in the event that the reasons requiring its processing disappear and to request notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom personal data is transferred,
- To object to the emergence of a result to the detriment of the person himself/herself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
- In case of damage due to unlawful processing of personal data, it has the right to demand compensation for the damage.
h) Enforcement
The Company may make changes to this cookie policy at any time. This cookie policy is dated 20.03.2025. In the event that all or certain articles of the Policy are renewed, the effective date of the Policy will be updated.
